1980s SURF RATS T-SHIRT

Price

£85.00

Absolutely killer tee from Fair Do’s Surf Shirts, a short-lived British print company started in the mid-1980s by Roger Ward, best known as founder of the now iconic Cornwall surf shops and subsequent global enterprise, Fat Willy’s Surf Shack. Very little information on this one, but the brand produced cool shirts that were stocked in the original Newquay Fat Willy’s before going defunct as FW went international and its own line of branded clothing took precedence.

Some of my favourite graphics I’ve seen in a minute on both sides and a rare artefact of 80s British seaside subculture.

Single-stitch Screen Stars 50/50 tag circa 1983-1990 on a super soft and thin tee
